Thursday the first of June, Tommi Musturi is visiting Lambiek for a signing session! From 4 o' clock people are welcome to meet Tommi and get your comic signed.

Tommi Musturi is one of the most interesting artists to come out of Finland. He not only publishes his own one-man underground comic 'anthology' Future, he's also been published internationally by Fantagraphics in the US and Bries in Belgium amongst others.

His work tends to be absurd, surreal and inventive. He uses many different styles and usually few words, letting the art speak for itself. Future magazine especially is an impressive attempt to predict the future, or at least the future of underground comics, made even more impressive by the fact that he is doing all the artwork himself.
