On the 17th of November, Chad Bilyeu will be presenting both issue 4 of The Re-Up and the collected Chad in Amsterdam! Come and celebrate with Chad and Lambiek from 5 'o clock.

Chad has been writing about his life as an American in Amsterdam for more than 5 years now. 6 issues, and dozens of stories drawn by a wide range of artists from all over the world later, Scratch Books has collected everything into one beautiful hardcover book. Just in time for the holidays as well!

But wait, there's more! The fourth issue of The Re-up comes out at the same time. With this series he digs into his years as a marijuana dealer at Georgetown University.

Over the years, Chad has become quite active in the Dutch comic scene. He doesn't just publish his own stories, he also publishes anthologies, called Megillah, with both local and international artists. He's been trying to get more attention for comics outside of the usual spheres and trying to reach a more diverse audience.
